We use a sophisticated landscape design program to generate pictures for your landscape. The designer may include drawings to help explain the detail in the pictures. These pictures give you a realistic look as to how your landscape will appear.
When you schedule a landscape appointment, the designer will discuss with you your desires, wishes, budget and overall goals for your project. The designer will discuss design fees and certificates for your overall design.
A non-refundable $ 60.00 design consultation fee and a $ 30.00 fee per landscape picture/drawing will be charged. Simple designs will generally require only one picture or drawing, more complex projects may require more. Upon payment of the design consultation fee you will be given a Landscape Design Gift Certificate for $ 30.00 that can be redeemed for any plant, hardscape materials or installation labor shown in the pictures/drawings.
Our Design Program
- Set an Appointment date.
- Initial Appointment – meet with our designer to discuss your landscape needs and ideas. Pictures and measurements will be taken as needed of the areas to be landscaped.
- Landscape Plan – designer uses computer and/or drawings to create your new landscape. Pictures are mailed or delivered in person to home/business owner for review along with design consultation invoice.
- Finalizing Landscape Plan – Upon payment of the design consultation invoice, the next step is to meet again with the designer to discuss and make any changes as necessary. A Landscape Design Gift Certificate will be issued.
- Landscape Plan Cost Estimate – After the landscape plan is approved, a cost estimate will be issued.
- Final Approval and Down Payment – Final customer approval of the project is secured and a down payment is made. The job is then placed upon our work schedule.
